This is an exciting moment to join us. As part of its next phase of development, RADA is recruiting two key finance roles at the same time: a Financial Controller and a Management Accountant & Business Partner for RADA Business. Together, these appointments will strengthen the finance function, combining robust financial control with commercially focused insight and business partnering.

For over 120 years, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art has been at the forefront of dramatic arts training, educating generations of actors, directors, writers, producers and technical artists who shape theatre, film and television worldwide.

The Roles

Financial Controller

£65,000 - 75,000 per annum

The Financial Controller will lead on financial control, reporting and cash management across RADA, while overseeing the finance team responsible for payroll, payments, invoicing and reconciliations.

Management Accountant & Business Partner

£55,000 - 65,000 per annum

The Management Accountant & Business Partner will focus primarily on RADA Business, providing management information, commercial insight and financial support to help deliver its ambitious growth plans. They will also support other commercial activity across RADA, including Short Courses.
